Dropdown list options goes behind Iframe Dialog Save/Close buttons

Put long options of Dropdown Checkbox List inside jQuery Dialog.

** What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Dropdown list options should show on top of Save & Close buttons of Iframe 
Dialog.

[GoogleCodeExporter]

Poor IFrame support with DDCL is a known limitation. I will leave it as a 
wish-list item.
