component not worked inside <label> tag #246

To reproduce: place select element for dropdownchecklist inside <label> tag.

Bug: list is not opened on mouse click.

DropDownCheckList version: 1.4
jQuery version: jQuery-1.7.1.js
jQuery UI version: jquery.ui.core.js?s2j=3.3.0
Browser and version: Google Chrome 19.0.1084.46 m.

DDCL has a documented design constraint that it does not operate properly with 
<label>
I will add this to the enhancements wish-list.
