/news/archive showing topics of all types #37

Should be restricted to just news topics.

This is definitely still happening. Also, the news archive shows the following notice:

Notice: Use of undefined constant NEWS - assumed 'NEWS' in /var/local/www/application/website/news/archive/index.php on line 26

Yeah, the archive section is botched. I need to find some time to fix it properly.
