Can't drop widgets on to new dynamic pages #62

When I create a new dynamic page, I am unable to drop widgets on to it. I drag the widgets over the page, but the squiggly black boxes don't appear.

I can drop widgets onto existing dynamic pages. These are pages that were created a long time ago, more than a year.
