Transport wordkeys and document functionality #479

There's no way to access the transport data from the animal tab in a document template. Some people use cage cards for long transports and would like access to it.

In addition, a number of people want to use this functionality to allow a Document button on the transport book. This could allow multiple selections of transports and the ability to produce manifests/lists. See attachment for an example of a government form required in MS for transports.

Had similar requests from a Spanish customer where they have to complete a DEFRA form for transporting animals.
