5 years ago Why is it only sometimes ignored? Are people entering the time in the wrong format maybe? It should be HH:MM and there's a picker.

in animalcontrol table when employees enter the date and time for dispatch and respond the time portion is sometimes ignored, this is causing problem for reports that need to find the average response time for incidents, my suggestion if the part is ignore, just use the current time instead or issue a warning that the incident date and time are greater than dispatch and/or response date and time
