Deprecation warning about MOUSE_WHEEL_RATE_LIMIT on v9 #37

I will submit a PR. When using scroll on trackpad (like when rotating a template), Foundry v9.233 warns about the call to MOUSE_WHEEL_RATE_LIMIT being deprecated.
