Performance updates to Shen server.

Why would a WP multsite be running low? What are available stats for checking?

Is every site responding slowly? Is only the dashboard or also the frontend?

Need to implement caching for the front pages.

Server-side stats? The server does not seem slow. This seems confined to the WP multisite.

The dashboard of the dev server is also slow.

The current issue site is working reliably. The Peak does not go to The Peak! Archive does not go to Archive!

Disabling all plugins to see if there's any impact on performance.

On main site, disabled photo gallery plugin. That saw some noticeable increase in performance. 

I think it's the redirect from the main site to a subsite.

Disabled Quick Redirect plugin. That resulted in some increase in performance.

Deactivated quotes collection

Deactivated WP Splash image. That really had an impact.

Closing out performance check for Spring 2023 issue. WP Splash image plugin was problematic.
