Set typography for poetry

Less white space above beginning of poetry than prose.

Also, epigraph.

**** Remove indent after clear section break.

**** Beth will add [STANZA BREAK] to poetry. Add php function to add space for stanza break. The spacing (i.e., margin) should be smaller than that used for section breaks.

category-poetry adjust white space between the byline of the entry-content. Bottom margin to byline paragraph to 32px.
