Right now it's impossible to run the thing without either - publishing my S3 keys or - setting up a test bucket. Ideally there'd be an example .env and a debug mode that creates local draft-files instead of remote ones.
Also a readme on composer and just kind of generally "how do I run this on my machine" wouldn't be the worst.
