Accept TTS string in Custom Slices #5

It'd be nice to not have to dick around with the weird custom slice format I set up and just be able to copy TTS strings from somewhere (like https://keeganw.github.io/ti4/) and cut that up into draftable slices.

This would need to mesh pretty perfectly with the number of players and the map layout, so maybe we'll mark it as extremely experimental

Kolione suggested drafting a seat instead of a slice, which would in theory allow all kinds of weird map shapes. Might have weird interactions with https://github.com/shenanigans-be/miltydraft/issues/13 though
