Error: Unable to run job: Job was rejected because job requests unknown queue "short" #82

I changed the config file to "short", unsure what this is asking me to fix

This is something you have to configure by yourself. You want to run the job via a cluster scheduler. Your queue names and resources will be very different to ours.

By any chance, would you be available for a Zoom chat to walk me through the process? If not, I understand! I'm having trouble running the basic association workflow.

I'm very new to nextflow and have a beginner understanding on it.

So I recommend to learn nextflow because this is a nextflow specific issue/feature and is not related to MPRAflow
