Missing data "ano.RData" and "fraction.palette.rds" #1

Hi, thank you for your sharing, but I found some files missing ( "ano.RData" and "fraction.palette.rds") when I trying to reproduce the pictures of your article. Can you share them?

Do you mean the files related to Fig1.Rmd ?

Thank you for your reply！ Yeah, these two files are missing in Fig1.Rmd, but corresponding files are also missing in Fig2.Rmd and Fig3.Rmd (f3_ano.rdata and tcell.counter.rdata in Fig3.Rmd).
