Nothing in slideseq_beads_location!

Hi,

I'm interested in yout amazing work and try to take a through look on your data. But I found that nothing recorded in slideseq_beads_location.rds. All NAs. Would you check it?

Hi, can you please tell me: where is the source.R file in source('/home/meisl/bin/bin/bin/source.R')? I can't find it

I do see bead coordinates in the file, It's a list object.
