Hashtags in 'Trends' link to Twitter and not to Dabr #352

What are the steps to trigger the problem?
1) Just go to the Trends section and click on a hashtag
2) It will link to Twitter and not the Dabr.

What happened?
http://twitter.com/search?q=%23MentionATrueFriend

What did you expect to happen?
http://dabr.co.uk/hash/MentionATrueFriend

Testing here and can see that all trends result in a link to twitter and not 
dabr, hashtag or otherwise. Fixed in r500.
