connect to host #378

What are the steps to trigger the problem?
1) When i click sign in oauth
2)

What happened?

this is the error message :

Dabr gave up on waiting for Twitter to respond. They're probably overloaded 
right now, try again in a minute.
7:couldn't connect to host

What did you expect to happen?
normally direct to oauth login with twitter oauth
