How to calc CVMA and CVIDF1? #23

Would you please explain the calculation methods of CVMA and CVIDF1 in the DIVOTrack/MOTChallengeEvalKit_cv_test you mentioned in readme.md, I couldn't find the specific calculation implementation code in MOTChallengeEvalKit_cv_test.
