TSS per gene? #31

Several genes have more than one TSS. 
ngs.plot.r plots all TSS per gene, or a single "canonical" one?

Each gene is represented by the longest transcript. I believe this is explained 
in the paper. If you want to plot transcripts, just feed transcript IDs to 
ngs.plot.
