plot only average profile instead of both heatmap and average profile #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.give option to plot only average profile

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
average profile, no heatmap

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.41.3

Please provide any additional information below.
Sometimes, if your bed file is really large, it will take a long time to 
generate the heatmap. It is possible that I ran out of RAM though.  I didn't 
specify a RAM requirement and other cores on the node might be hogging all the 
RAM.
