ngsplot is very helpful and I would like to thank you first for developing it.
I noticed an issue though. I plotted these plots with the same input data but with "-R genebody" and "-R tss" respectively, and realised that the plots right around TSS do not seem to correspond. Notice how the height of lines between the two plots differ. I understand that genebody plots according to the relative loci and not by an absolute scale, but it still seems perculiar to me as it should not affect the average plot heights.
