using custom gene list #52

I am not sure if this is already possible. Is there an option to filter by gene? I realize you can create a custom bed file, but then you need to create a separate file for different genomic regions (tss, tes, genebody) and the x-axis labels will not show up properly.

Never mind. I did not realize it's in the config file.
