Sticky group name on scroll #352

It would be awesome to see the group name stick to the top of the scroll view for long lists. Something similar to:

Not yet sure if I want to implement this.

This would be a really great feature. Especially if the option group contains a lot of sub elements, like e.g. units in a country.
