App_status should be single-valued (not M2M) #32

ROSA XML implies that app_status is multivalued, and I've modeled the schema to reflect this.

But it makes no sense: we can't have a release in Current and also Development and Previous

Examine data and if we only ever have a single value, change the schema and re-import.

This will make retrieving and colorizing based on app_status much faster.
