Sorry, I probably won't merge this, considering

1) For installation paths like /usr/loca/bin, it won't succeed without root privilege. 2) For a conda environment, upgrading with conda update would be a better way to ensure reproducibility. 3) For other installation paths, users can download and update it according to the given URL.
