HP09 Not connecting #176

I have 2x HP04s which connect no problem. My new HP09 gets an "Unknown error occurred" message when connecting. I tried Dyson Cloud and Dyson local with manual connection and credentials from get_device.py but neither work. With Dyson Local I've tried "Pure Hot + Cool", "Pure Hot + Cool (New)" and "Pure Cool Formaldehyde" but none work. When I setup via Dyson cloud the HP09 is discovered but when I attempt to configure it I get the error above. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
