Unable to login with get_devices.py

Hey there,

Whenever I try using get_devices.py, it fails to log me in and says I am UNREGISTERED, even though I can confirm that I can login with the same email on the web and I am currently also logged in with the same account on my iPhone.

Do you know why this might be happening?

Update: it seems that account management with Dyson is an absolute shitshow. Android, iOS, and web all seem to have a very loose relationship between each other, and I couldn't even log in with a new account.

• Mobile apps (both iOS and Android) don't see web accounts
• app will make new accounts, but not with a +<tag> in your email address
• I updated my web account email and it made a new web account with that email, but also associated it to my existing account
  • once I did this, I still had to login with my old email but, I could use the same password to log into a fresh account it made for me
  • I also could no longer update my account email and it would tell me that my password was incorrect if I did

at this point I reached out to support and they updated my web account email back to what it should be. however, I still couldn't log in on iOS or Android

After adding the cloud version, I was able to login. no idea
