Add alternate post layouts for feeds #51

This adds a new feed post layout setting which changes which layout posts have (and comments when nearby) in feeds (home/community/user etc). Search still just uses the post component at the moment.

I also made an attempt to get feeds and posts looking a bit better on narrow screens.
