update to version 1.2.0, with following new features:

A newly designed UI is implemented to facilitate live run
The trader shell has been separated from trader, as a different UI, and will be developed in parallel with the TUI
Optimized structure of Trader, letting trader to focus on processing strategies, and UIs to process user informations and formats
