Bug fixes in trader CLI:

enhanced config print format with command CONFIG
corrected command orders, now orders are filtered correctly with parameter symbols, and value 'all'/'a' now working for parameter time

added command in trader CLI: summary to display trading operations in a given period in a human readable way
