Update Certificate Generation, Keystore Generation, and Kibana Token Generation to work with > v8.0
Drop Docker Swarm Support

@sherifabdlnaby Great job! Thanks for getting this updated. It looks like there is a lot of certificate stuff going on in here that I'm glad I didn't have to learn!
