Sweep: convert from argparse to Click for CLI parsing in airbyte-cdk/python

inside airbyte-cdk we use argparse in the entry point.py file. Convert it to use Click and update setup.py

Also update the unit tests for test_entrypoint.py

Update from our end, we're still trying to get it to index it properly. It's simply the largest codebase we've gotten Sweep to embed with ~3000 files.
