Create welcome header with favorites button for the detailPage header
When button is clicked, the location and holiday details are saved to localStorage
When button is clicked, and details saved to localStorage, a list generates to the left of the detailsPage showing all locations/holidays that have been saved to favorites
When on the landing page, when the user clicks 'view favorite holidays' they are presented with a list of favorites saved in localStorage
