Updates to README #37

Two major updates:

  1. Slightly more explicit text about which port needs to be forwarded for each of the different node modes
  2. Updated the screenshots and text of the "Node Control" section to be in line with the current version of PiNode-XMR

Note, I didn't add anything about the I2P settings under the anonymity node section because that's way out of my depth
