Clean up of HTML 'light' mode install. #69

Adapt installer script to install web-ui full mode first, then if 'LIGHTMODE = TRUE' overwrite .html pages with light version with amended navbar. his allows for removal of many duplicated files. Copy implementation to updater script too.

First draft. All links to php and .txt files will be broken. Just to show concept.

Created in error. Was going to use this to show an example of clean up but PR #66 is far further ahead
