Switching dark/light mode resets margin #2

From the Mobileread thread, there are multiple reports of the margin being reset when switching in and out of dark mode.

It looks like toggling dark mode does a repolish. Am going to try hooking the ReadingView::showEvent() method instead.

EDIT: No, that won't work. Doesn't get the ReadingView pointer
