Add repo maintainer

Alex and I are both Uber employees who directly experience the good and bad's of this project with hackers at hackathons. ☕️ 💻

@shernshiou We honestly have so many groups already for Uber that it would be a poor idea to create another group. If you instead add us as owners, we can add other coworkers who we trust to make quality contributions. Does that seem like a good way forward @shernshiou? Thanks! 🎉

Good deal, @shernshiou if you're willing to relinquish ownership of it, we can reverse this situation. Have us be the "owners" within the Uber GitHub org, then you could contribute through forks/pull requests. I don't really like that idea though since

1. This was your project to begin and you've put in tons of effort.
2. Even Alex and I don't have full permissions to add contributors to the GitHub org, so it might be even slower to have development on.

I'm happy with the current situation 👍 Thank you for everything!
