Labels are used to "label" the issues. An issue can have more than one label at a time. With this we can build a basic kanban kind of issue tracker. Most of the labels in place we wont need like "help wanted" and "duplicate". We will come up with our own labels next time and add them in.

This issue was created a while ago. No work has been done I have now assigned it the "What the $#%@?" tag!
