SegFault of s3fs #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. This happened randomly in the middle of the night, files were being
written at the time.  The s3fs mount is a destination for my backup software.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
crashvault kernel: s3fs[6429]: segfault at 0000000000000000 rip
0000003f4ea18bfb rsp 0000000042748750 error 4

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r177, Centos 5.3 x86_64 on a Xen VPS

Please provide any additional information below.
I dont have more dtials, if I can find a crash dump, I'll attach it.

Many changes and improvements have taken place since this issue was first 
reported. Please try the latest version and report back.

No response in over a month -- it is assumed that this is no longer a concern 
for the original reporter.  Please feel free to open an new issue if this is 
seen with the latest code.
