Newsletter signup form to website #142

Add a newsletter signup form to the front page: right side bar, underneath the 'Purpose' section and spacecat logo.

Could you review? I actually had some questions:

  1. Do you already have a mailchimp account? I created a new one, but maybe you have one already?
  2. Wasn't sure what other fields you wanted, so just added email for now.
