When you zoom the `Public Portal` page browser, the menu items disappears until you refresh the page #1357

When zooming the page in the browser, the menu items disappear from view and are not accessible to the user until the page is refreshed. This issue disrupts the user experience and makes navigation impossible until the page is reloaded.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://function-publicportal-test.shesha.dev/'
  2. From your browser, click on the Zoom and decrease the page and see the behaviour
  3. Afterwards, refresh the page
  4. Increase the zoom size again and see how the menu items behaves
  5. Actual Results: The menu items disappear and adjust accordingly after refreshing the page

Expected behavior When zooming the page in the browser, the menu items should remain visible and accessible to the user without disappearing. The menu layout should adjust dynamically to accommodate changes in zoom level

@hlayisanimazuze the menu is still available on the ellipsis. Once you change the size the aspect ratio will change.
