Update `table view template` to reference the new table filter component #1855

After the implementation of the new table filter component referenced in this item: https://github.com/shesha-io/shesha-framework/issues/685, there is a need to update the table view template to reference this component instead of the existing configurations.

The edit mode property should be set to editable
Action configuration should be set to toggle advanced filter

The edit mode property should be set to editable by default
Ensure the spacing between the tools is consistent
