Chat message containing HTML elements are sometimes not displayed. #1213

I attempted to send a chat message with the text:

You can also just list multiple audio formats, like "<audio><source 
src="audio.ogg"><source src="audio.mp3"></audio>" and let the browser 
automatically pick the right one.

But in the client, this message was displayed as:

browser automatically pick the right one.

The chat window does handle some HTML text.

Need to add more documentation on exactly what tags are parsed or not.
