Create a module to push a URL to all users #1241

Michael suggested the creation of a module that would enable the presenter to 
push a URL to all others in a session.

In this way, the presenter could start the playback of a video, for example.

The behaviour would be the same as the user clicking the URL in the chat window.

I have a patch for this.  A pretty simple module that adds a button to the main 
application toolbar.
