Add support for OpenOffice to convert Japanese fonts properly #1242

Hi, I'm a Japanese user testing BigBlueButton 0.8-RC2 Virtual Machine.
I found that when I uploaded Japanese PowerPoint slides, Japanese
characters are displayed as white boxes.
On the other hand, Japanese PDF is displayed without any problem.

I understand the cause of this problem is openoffice used to convert
PowerPoint, and installing Japanese language pack and fonts solves
this problem.

The procedure is as follows:

   apt-get install language-support-fonts-ja
   apt-get install language-support-ja
   apt-get install openoffice.org-l10n-ja
   apt-get install ttf-ipafont

Installing language support for openoffice is not enough.
In my case, I had to install ttf-ipafont, too.

I hope I can share this tips.

Need to review if this works with LibreOffice and, if so, add to FAQ
