Problem with long chat messages on the presentation playback format #1298

See the image attached. I just forwarded the video to the middle of the 
presentation, and then all the playback gets unformatted because the long chat 
messages didn't split into many lines.

It's possible this is related to my switch from using the popcorn timeline 
module to my own specific chat module.
