Add playback_host to bigbluebutton.yml #1300

The "playback_host" is a variable requested by every ingest and processing 
script, (slides.rb, presentation.rb, your_custom.rb , etc).

It is better if we use bbb-conf --setip to update only one .yml file,instead of 
one per each kind of ingest and processing script.
