It would be good to have freeswitch broadcast audio to icecast so that users 
who want to listen only are able to hear the audio in the conference.

Implemented.

You need to edit the icecast parameters in bigbluebutton.properties

c/main/webapp/WEB-INF/bigbluebutton.properties#L29

You also need to configure FreeSWITCH to send audio to shoutcast.
