Bug when minimizing a window in the client #1339

This is with the current 0.81 master, with Firefox on both Mac and Windows

When you minimize a window such as Chat or Presentation it doesn't minimize 
correctly and instead has some unexpected effects.

My screencap, https://vimeo.com/51572587, shows the bug in action and what I'm 
doing to reproduce it.

Hi Chad,

Can you test this again on 0.81-dev.   I'm not able to reproduce this error on 
the latest build, but would like you to test as well.
