Bug when resizing a window in the client #1341

This is with the current 0.81 master, with Firefox on both Mac and Windows.

When you drag the edge of a window to resize it and your mouse goes over the 
bottom bar (where the BBB version number is) the window shrinks in size.

My screencap, https://vimeo.com/51573188, shows the bug in action and what I'm 
doing to reproduce it.

Hi Chad,

Can you test this in latest 0.81-dev.  I wasn't able to reproduce the bug 
anymore, but want you to confirm before marking as fixed.
