Flash running on Ubuntu 12.04 does not use HTTP Proxy settings #1350

Reported in our forums

   https://groups.google.com/group/bigbluebutton-setup/browse_thread/thread/8748d6938de29599

The problem is FireFox or Chrome running on Ubuntu 12.04 is not able to upload
slides when it needs to connect to the remote server via HTTP proxy.

Digging deeper, the browser uses the HTTP Proxy to load the BigBlueButton
components, but the HTTP POST to upload the slides occurs from within the Flash
client itself. The problem is the Flash client is not aware (or not using) the
HTTP Proxy when it issues the POST request to upload the slides.
